Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

HIPERTEC® WALL SOUND is ideal for cladding of external walls, but also for partition walls and ceilings, which require high degree of sound insulation and sound absorption. The core material consists of orientated fiber high density rockwool, arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. Due to the perforated (vapor permeable) internal face, the indoor temperature & humidity parameters should be taken into consideration during the design phase.The panel’s external face is available in micro-ribbed finishing profile. Maximum panel length: 150000 mm.
